Dog Receives Holy Communion

There is another scandal from Melbourne, now admittedly Fr Reynolds is suspended but...
FATHER Greg Reynolds wants his church of dissident Catholics to welcome all – ”every man and his dog”, one might say, risking the non-inclusive language he deplores – but even he was taken aback when that was put to the test during Mass yesterday.
A first-time visitor arrived late at the Inclusive Catholics service in South Yarra with a large and well-trained German shepherd. When the consecrated bread and wine were passed around, the visitor took some bread and fed it to his dog.
Madness breeds madness!

'Dog receives Holy Communion' is a headline not really fair to the poor blameless canine! 'Holy Communion given to dog' is more accurate and is more suitable descripive of what is alleged to have happened.

Was this in a Tridentine Mass Church?

Is the Priest a Priest in the Order of Melchizedek; free of error or corruption?

We cannot question what the Parishioners were as there was no outrage at the blasphemy.

All Priests celebrating Vatican Council II are part of this dog receiving Holy Communion.

The Priest is culpable in this situation as he committed the sacrilege of communion in the hand.

The man was free to do whatever he wished with the Blessed Sacrament.

Prayers of reparation are in order.

Two of the best weapons the Devil has in his arsenal are obedience and political correctness.

I hope I did not offend anyone with these comments.

So would that be the actual Blessed Sacrament? Was the Body and Blood of Christ really fed to a dog under the aegis of a priest? That is so offensive. There are always fools doing such wicked acts on YouTube or wherever but in a church? That seems to make it worse.

Er...

'Do not give what is holy to the dogs.'

So much for the laity being better instructed in Scripture with the readings in the vernacular.
