Pope begins journey to Holy Land


The Pope sets off for Jordan today, on Tuesday he goes to Israel.

God Bless and protect our Pope. May his pilgrimage to the Holy Land bear much fruit and especially encourage the poor beleagered Christians out there.

Seems the fanatical wing of Islam is still murmuring about some sort of score to settle because of the Regensburg lectures and alleged insults to the prophet etc... etc... for which the Pope hasn't apologised and that there must be no attempts at converting muslims to Christianity and on and on and on...

Those people just don't get it. If their religion is just so wonderful then surely by default millions will be flocking to convert to islam. Why suppress Christianity at every turn and opportunity? I guess deep down it's because they are afraid of the Truth, the Way and the Life - Jesus Christ.
